Connection issue

Hey I have a new fully funded account with the ninjatrader brokerage and it won't let me log into the platform.I have tried restarting my pc and making sure there are no spaces in the log in.It says invalid user or password when i try to connect to ninjatrader connection.

You can send us your log and trace files through the platform by navigating to [Control Center-> Help-> Email Support]

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
