import tick data from nt8 to nt7

who can help me further.
I would like to import tick data from NinjaTrader 8 to NinjaTrader 7.
Get unfortunately always an error message.
Is there a program or a way how it goes nevertheless.

Please send your log and trace files to [email protected] and use this reference number(03553390) in the subject.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Have not received a response until today.
