    No Data for my live account

    Hello,

    I have just setup connection in NT8 after receiving my live account credential from CQG.

    I'm able to connect (the little green circle/button) shown on bottom left corner of Control Centre.

    But there is no price data on DOM and the chart. The price on the chart does not move/change (for 6E).

    Could someone please help to point me to the right direction to get this set up.

    Hello B,

    You can choose what market data you would like enabled for your account from the Client Portal.

    After logging in, follow the steps outlined here. In the future, if you want to update or cancel any data subscriptions those steps can be found
    here .​
