Please check your account connection parameters

I have a license through earn2trade and I am not able to log into NinjaTrader. I am receiving a message that states please check account connection parameters.
Here is my log:

Hello JosephBXTrader,

The connection error indicates either the username/password is invalid or there is no internet connection. You have internet connection as you are able to connect to the historical data server (HDS). Can you please proceed as per the steps below.

• Go to Control Center-->Connections and click configure in the lower right corner.
• Select your connection in the Configured box in the lower left corner.
• Re-enter your username and password on the right. If you copy/paste the information, please make sure no additional spaces are added.
• Click OK and check if you can connect

If the issue remains, please contact the Earn2Trade that provided the Rithmic username and password and check if they are valid. Unfortunately I can't check this on my end.
