No username and password from CQG

I just registered with email to get in demo futures but CQG haven't sent the login username and password.
Please advise

Thank you for your post.
Futures demo account credentials are sent directly from [email protected].
Please check your junk or spam folders for a message from that email address.
The email typically takes about 15 minutes to arrive.

Also, please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit, you will not receive login credentials.

I have a live account with NT. Will I pay monthly market fees if I activate my live account and trade demo account and how much are there fees?

You can manage your account and market data subscriptions (including pricing) from the new Client Portal we have just released. There are many new tools and features available now with the Portal experience.

To start using our new Client Portal you can create your new username and password here. We've also put together a helpful FAQ here.
