    Continuum Data Down!!!

    There seems to be an issue with the Continuum data server today I have missing data for around 2.5 hrs during the Asian Session for CL 01-23 & 6E 12-22. ES & NQ are fine so I guess it's limited to a few instruments.
    I've attempted multiple times to disconnect/reconnect with no change

    Every time I disconnect/reconnect to attempt to connect to a different server I lose the live data I've just loaded.....

          it looks like you have again an issue with historical servers, this is happening very often, it's very annoying due to we can't trade, please check it ASAP

              I second that, especially as there is no support whatsoever, no one to call, emails go unanswered, data down for hours at a time

                We are aware of the missing historical data and are looking into it. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                  Hi, any news about Historical Data? I'have tried to delete cache folder and to reload all historical data as suggested in some forum topic, but without success.
                  For example my MNQ , MCL, M2K data is stopped at 30 nov 2022 06:00 AM.
                  Real time data seems working.

                    The historical data servers are recording data again. We are looking into back filling the missing historical data. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

                      Do we need to restart or delete cache folders in order to get the missing data back?

                        The missing historical data is not restored yet. We are working on this. Once there is new information, I will let you know.

                        Once restored, a restart should get you the missing data back.

                            DOM and TS seem to be working in present but chart is missing info from 12.56pm (Singapore and Perth)

                              Historical minute data is restored for the futures instruments of the Futures instrument list (6B 12-22, 6E 12-22, CL 01-23, ES 12-22, FDAX 12-22, GC 02-23, NQ 12-22, RTY 12-22, YM 12-22, ZB 03-23, ZN 03-23, ZS 01-23 and ZW 03-23). Please restart NinjaTrader to load the missing historical data. If not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

                              We are still working on restoring all other missing historical data.
