Thank you for your post.

This usually indicates that you are not enabled for real-time data. In this case, historical data will then load but would not continue filling with real-time data.

To correct this, please contact our support team directly at support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. They can then ensure you're enabled for all instruments you wish to trade or receive data for.
