NinjaTrader executing a market order without my knowledge?

Last night, I created a bracket order as usual. With a stop loss at 4008.75, and a take profit at 4002.25 with 5 contracts. My order ended up getting filled at the profit target and all was well, so I went to bed. I woke up to a blown account because somehow my stop loss (even though my order was completed), turned into a long position whenever price hit up. Attached are pictures of the executed orders.

How or why did this happen? My account got auto-liquidated.

To track down what exactly occurred, we would have to take a closer look at your log & trace files. Could you forward these files to us?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN 03546976" note in the message.

Please also answer the following questions in your email:

• What Order ID was assigned to this order? You can check in the Executions or Orders tab of the Control Center.
• Did you receive an error on the screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
