Tick Data

Can anyone tell me please why I can only get 7 days of tick data ? I can get 50 days lookback with 5 minute charts, however I need 50 days look back with tick charts as well. Im using both Continuum and Kinetick. Thank you

Hello AndyM,

Thank you for your post.
You should be able to load 50 days of tick charts by configuring the Data Series window for your chart.

• From your tick charts, right-click and select> Data Series
• Set the value of the following parameter to 50: [Properties>Time Frame> Days to load]
• Press 'OK'

I did say that I was able to load 50 days of 5 minutes charts wouldn’t you think I would do the same with tick charts. So no you’re suggestion above does not work I only get 7 days even though input 50 days

I was able to work it out for myself. Firstly I tried to reset/repair database then close and restart but that didn't work. I then deleted config.xml and UI.xml and that worked. I now have 50 days lookback for tick charts. I'm not sure what those 2 things do though.
