NT 8 to Jigsaw Bridge Connection Error

Hi All,

I am currently using the daytradr V2 - Jigsaw Platform Bridge™ with NinjaTrader 8. The error message below is constantly being displayed in an error window within the Jigsaw daytradr software. Does anyone know why this issue keeps reoccurring every 5-10 minutes? Also, I checked the NT 8 Log and it it shows "RequestofL1Data NQ 12-22", "RequestofL2Data ES 12-22", and similar entries for other instruments that are currently being used in the Jigsaw Trading Daytradr software.

Error Window Message:
"New NT8 Connection Detected. Only 1 connection allowed at a time. Old connection will be replaced with the new NT8 instance."

Hello Cameo,

Can you please contact Jigsaw regarding the issue. I'm not sure how this add-on works or how it needs to be configured. Jigsaw created the add-on and is the best party to troubleshoot any issues with it.
