HI NT, I wonder if its possible to accurately follow margins & net liquidation in simulation ?

It is supported for NinjaTrader simulation accounts. Please make sure to select a Risk template for the simulation account.

You may do so by right clicking the simulation account in the Control Center-->Accounts-tab and select 'Edit Account'. Select a template for the Risk setting and click OK. Restart NinjaTrader for the change to take effect.

The link "more information on Risk templates" isn't there - can you please reference the correct one ...?
Also, can you suggest where I can find a comparison of different NT brokers Risk templates ?

I have corrected the link.

Unfortunately we only have a Risk template for the NinjaTrader brokerage present by default. You can create custom Risk templates at Control Center-->Tools-->Risk by clicking add in the Templates box on the left. Please check with the different brokers what margin and maximum position/order quantity they use.

I just wonder how the risk template is adjusted according to the basic account deposited fund - say I have $50k, $100k or $200k ?

It does not adjust based on the simulation account funds - it uses the values within the risk template regardless of the simulation account funds.

You would need to connect to a broker/data feed that support options. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which shows supported providers and what data they support.
