Can't connect to any of my evaluation accounts

    Can't connect to any of my evaluation accounts

    I have several evaluation accounts with Apex, TickTick, and LiveGoal. But since last week, I can't connect to Ninja Trader (same error with all accounts)

    Please Check your account connection parameters and internet connection (Logon Failed). I tested my credentials with RTrader, and I can connect fine. I deleted the cache folder and uninstalled NinjaTrader but kept having the same error.

    Can anyone help me out here?
    NT version: 8.0.27.0 64-bit

    To forward your log and trace files please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

        Hello janx05,

        Within your connection settings can you confirm you have the same System selected that is used when logging into R Trader Pro then test your connection once again.

        If the issue persists can you send the log and trace files manually to [email protected] and include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body.

        ​Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Hi, because of the last error, I realized I was missing something. So I removed everything and reinstalled it again. I will have to reconfigure all my indicators, but I can connect now

              Hello,

              Thank you for choosing NinjaTrader.

              The issue affecting Apex Trader accounts has now been resolved. Please close and reopen your existing installation of NinjaTrader, then you should be able to connect to your Apex Trader account once again.

                i am having the same problem this am with my apex accounts ninja won't connect to them. i have tried shutting everything down and reconnecting but nothing

                  To clarify are you unable to connect or are you able to connect however once connected you do not see your Apex account listed within the Account tab of the Control Center? If you are unable to connect are you receiving an error? If so can you please tell me what error message you are recieving.

                      There has been an issue reported this morning with Rithmic based connections that our Development Team is currently looking into. I will reply to this thread once I have received confirmation the issue has been resolved.

                      If you have any live orders or positions, please contact your broker's trade desk immediately to manage your positions/orders.

                            Does anyone have suggestions on how to connect evaluation accounts to an existing NInja Trader account ? There are tons of videos NT support keeps sending me, but they are all about opening a new account, not adding eval accounts to an open NT account.
                            My rithmic is configured perfectly.
                            Any help would be much appreciated as I enter DAY 3 of this issue....Thank you

                              Think you're confused... evaluation accounts don't get added to NinjaTrader accounts. In NinjaTrader 8 desktop, you can connect to multiple different accounts at the same time. So you would just connect to your evaluation account and your NinjaTrader account at the same time 2 separate connections with the multi provider option on.
