Order submitted by alert delayed

Hi,

I faced a problem. Can you help please.

I planned an alert with the parameter of "cross above" the price 3971.25 and submit a sell market order. But the order is executed 30mn later at the same price, the price have been above the price all the time. On the log, there is no mention about the alert normally submitted (around 16:00) but on 16:30.

I faced this yesterday and for the criteria, I used "greater equal" instead of "cross above", but the result is the same.

Please note that I submit many order, but sometimes, it became like this, especially when the market is fast on the order.
Also, I work on a private sever to avoid connection interruption.
