    Problem displaying penny stock in chart window

    Hi,
    I don't generally look at penny stocks but I wanted to view a stock (MULN) with my indicators. I was getting a weird chart when I compared the stock in Ninjatrader 8 to ThinkOrSwim. Any idea why I am unable to display the stock (currently without any indicators)? It seems to be an issue with Ninjatrader. I've tried to adjust the Instrument Tick Size to 4 dp but this does nothing.

    ​Any ideas would be very helpful.

        Please confirm whether your PC is set to use the comma or period as "Decimal symbol":

        We have received reports that PCs using commas as the decimal symbol may receive incorrect historical data from BarChart.

        If your decimal symbol is set to period and you still receive this error, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I could then take a closer look at any reported errors or issues.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

        Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

          Hi Manfred, Apologies for not replying earlier. Not sure why but I didn't get a confirmation of your post.
          In any case, I checked the control panel settings and the Decimal symbol is set to a dot/period. I had expected this anyway as I am in the UK and we do use a dot by default for decimals.
          I will send you the trace/log files tomorrow.

                  Hi Manfred, I had a look through all the email and couldn't see a reply. Hence my post.
                  I was having some issues with the mail server last year so not sure if it got stuck in the ether somewhere! I have changed mail server to a more reliable one now.

                    Did you get a chance to resend the email? I havent had a response as yet. If not, please let me know when you do resend the email.
                    I am a bit puzzled as I don't believe there is a problem with my email or spam filtering.

                      The only case I am able to find that is not closed is case 03659733 regarding the TWS-related issue.

                      Chris will follow up in this regard as soon as he is back in the office tomorrow.

                      Do you happen to have the case number of the case you haven't heard back on yet?
