how to chart stocks on nt8

I want to chart stocks like tesla on NT8. When I try I get a blank chart

If you are connected to a provider that supports stock data and still don't receive it, please send us your platform's log & trace files, and we can best assist further.

You can do this directly through the platform by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
