Bar Spacing and Colors Keep changing

Hi

I recently changed the color of my up/down bars and now my sizing/spacing keep changing as I scroll in and out and if I change the chart timing or style, say from 5minute to 60 minute or to a 500 tick range, the spacing changes and the bars overlap each other making it difficult to see and the colors go back to red and green for up down.

Most important is the spacing, why is it now constantly changing as I look at new time frames and styles?

Please send us the screenshot of your chart and your log, trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Will do. While you're checking out the log and trace files can you please look into why my NT platform literally just shutdown 5x today. Pretty problematic for me when I am trying to trade.
