Dom won't display more than one level

Hello,

Hope everyone there is well. For some reason my dom started only displaying one level of volume. In properties I set it display 10, or 20, levels but it won't change. Probably something simple but can't figure it out.

Thank you for your post.

Most likely you've subscribed to Level 1 Market data only.


The difference between Level 1 and Level 2 data is:

• Level 1 (Top of Book) data displays 1 bid and 1 ask (offers to buy and sell) and the last traded price

• Level 2 (Market Depth) data will display 10 bids and asks (or available number, provided by the data provider).

You will need to reach out to your broker and make sure you subscribe to Level 2 data.

Thank you for your response. I'm participating in a Topstep program and I realized they only allow level one, on my regular account it shows multiple levels.
