Pop up appears to be blocking 3rd party indicator I purchased

Hello. I previously leased a 3rd party indicator for 2 months and then cancelled the lease. When I cancelled the lease I deleted the old indicator files.
Yesterday I decided to purchase the indicator and installed it on my NinjaTrader 8 system. There were not any issues with the installation and it shows up in my list of indicators on my chart however, the indicator is not showing up on my screen. I believe this has something to do with the pop-up window I got once I installed this indicator (attached).

Perhaps the software is continuing to recognize this indicator as a cancelled lease item and not as an owned indicator. Please advise on how to get the pop-up to stop blocking the new indicator.

I would suggest that you contact the vendor regarding this item. There appears to be some issue with the previous licensing that is interfering with the current installation and we are unable to assist with third party vendor licensing issues. The vendor should be able to sort this out for you without issue.
