    About the data display of Vol.

    I am using IB Securities market data and connecting to NinjaTrader via API, but the Vol data is different when compared to the IB Securities chart.
    How can I correct this?​

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting.

    Please right click in your chart and select "Reload All Historical Data". If you continue to see the same behavior please go to the Control Center->Tools->Instruments->Select 4165->Click edit and attach a screenshot of your settings and please let me know what Exchange you have enabled.
    To capture a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your reply.

      Thank you for your reply.

      I have loaded all the historical data and there was no change.

      I am attaching a screenshot of the settings.​

        Hello,

        Please confirm you have TWS 10.16.1k installed. You can check what version of TWS you are running in TWS under Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #.

        With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 10.16.1k. If you are running another version of TWS please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 10.16.1k via the following link:
        Once TWS 10.16.1ki has been installed, please ensure that the configuration in our Connection Guide for TWS has been completed.

        The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to Interactive Brokers and specific connection configuration information.​If the issue persists, so I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
