Order fill price is outside the range of the chart bars (hi/lo)

Hi, The fill price logged in NinjaTrader and in Rhitmic is outside the range of the chart bars in NinjaTrader.
Does this mean my charts were incorrect for this time period, and how do I correct this from happening again? Thanks, Decosta

Thank you for writing in.

When this behavior is seen, it normally means that the computer's time clock has become out of sync with the official time clock and is causing the Timestamps of the orders to incorrectly line up with the Time stamps of the bars on the chart.

Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader
• Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
• Select Adjust date/time
• For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
• Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
• Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
• If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
• If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)

After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.

This will not change the timestamps on the prior orders retroactively, but it will fix the timestamps for the orders moving forward.

If you place new orders and they are still not lining up as expected please send us an updated screenshot.
