IB TWS 10.19.1f - Daylight Savings time zone issue

IB TWS 10.19.1f has fixed 'An issue with Start and End times for orders related to a Daylight Savings time zone issue' but seems is not working with NT 8.0.26.1.

Get an error in NT when try to download historical data from IB

11/15/2022 XX:XX:XX AM	Default	Received unknown error/warning: End Date/Time: The date, time, or time-zone entered is invalid. The correct format is yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss xx/xxx where yyyymmdd and xx/xxx are optional. E.g.: 20031126 15:59:00 US/Eastern Note that there is a space between the date and time, and between the time and time-zone. If no date is specified, current date is assumed. If no time-zone is specified, local time-zone is assumed(deprecated). You can also provide yyyymmddd-hh:mm:ss time is in UTC. Note that there is a dash between the date and time in UTC notation.

Anyone else facing same issue and support team please help. Thank you.

I have the answer.Install the older Version of the TWS 10.16.1k

I installed TWS 10.16.x as recommended on NT website (they also have url for download) and that fixed Time error issue for me

Thank you for the temporary work around, guess this has to be fix eventually as we can't stick to older TWS forever. Any feedback from NT support team? Thank you.
