TD Ameritrade SIM - Risk Settings

Hello, I have a multi-broker license with NT and would like to SIM trade stocks using my TD Ameritrade connection and the NT SIM account.

However, when I try to place an order, I get this error message:



No stocks have a risk setting, and I would like to avoid having to do this manually.

What do you suggest?

Hello,

Please follow the steps below to resolve this item.

• Shutdown NinjaTrader 8
• Got to Documents\NinjaTrader 8\templates\Risk
• Delete all of the Risk templates in this directory (unless you have a custom-created risk template)
• Restart NinjaTrader 8

Hi Ryan,

Still having the same problem.

It seems NT8 is replacing the risk parameters automatically. I have deleted this more than once, but it finds its way back.

Hello,

If you right click the sim101 account from the 'Accounts' tab of the control center and select 'edit account', can you ensure the 'risk' setting is set to 'none'?
