    Kinetick Outage ?

    Hello Support

    Getting Kinetic outage. I can't login this morning and I've been logged on all week.

    I'm using version NT 8.0.26.1

    Here is a link to last time this happened.
    Kinetick servers appear to be down as of 3:10pm Sat, Jul 23 with the following log errors. My Kinetick: Primary connection=Disconnected, Price feed=Disconnected My Kinetick: (Logon failed) Socket write failed in 'L1 worker': 'Input string was not in a correct format.' My Kinetick: Primary connection=Connecting, Price


    Can you please advise ?

    I am receiving exactly the same message and having exactly the same issue.

      Just came here to search for the same thing. Putting a hold on my weekend testing.

        Hi,

        Same error. Yesterday and today.

        Maybe they are performing some kind of maintenance ? They should contact us via email if that's the case.

          I am getting the same error. I e-mailed them, but no one is working on the weekend. I'm hoping that they fix it soon.

            I have had the same same problem From Sunday the 13 Nov(yesterday).
            I have sent a request for support to Kinetick as well, awaiting response.

              Still no response from Kinetick. This is the second outage I have experienced for the year. (other was back in July 25 timeframe). Not sure what I should conclude on this.

                Server outage seems still down at the Open.. Any communication? hmm

                  All,

                  Sorry for the delayed response. Our infrastructure provider, IQFeed, that powers Kinetick is currently experiencing an outage. We are in communication with them as they resolve this and will report back frequently with updates. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

                    It appears that this issue has been resolved. Please disconnect and reconnect to Kinetick to enable any changes.
