    Chart is not displayed (updated) correctly in NT

    Hi,

    I have followed your instructions on connecting NT and IB step by step. It is working. However, the chart is not updating. It seems like a freeze. Please check the screenshot attached to this message. The bid/ask are being updated correctly (in real-time). However, the chart is not updating.

    Thank you for your post.

    We will need to review your log and trace files.

    You can send us your log and trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.​​
