AFTER I TRY TO SELECT ANYTHING WILL NOT WORK "SUPERDOM" IS EMPTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Thanks for taking my call today. Here is a short recap of what we discussed today:

Firstly, your 14-day demo of the NinjaTrader platform is set to expire within the next few days. You had mentioned that you want to continue practicing so you can understand day trading better and get more comfortable with the NinjaTrader platform. We have a great solution for this!

You can get an unlimited demo/practice account after you deposit funds into your new NinjaTrader Brokerage account. As soon as you make your first deposit into the account, we will send you a permanent username and password for the platform. At that point you can activate live data for your account, and then you will have an unlimited practice account! We do not have a minimum funding requirement, so you can deposit any amount you’d like in order to get your account activated and gain access to the practice account.

To deposit funds into your account, log in her with the username and password you created when you completed the application: NinjaTrader Client Portal

• Once you have logged in, click “Deposit Funds”
• Then choose “Wire”
• Then choose the currency that you would like to deposit into your account
• At that point, you will see the wire transfer details. You can use the wire transfer details to send a wire transfer directly from your bank account. Simply log into your account online, and complete your bank’s wire transfer form using those details. Be sure to only use the details that are listed for the “beneficiary”. You will not need to use the details listed for the “intermediary bank”.

Once again, as soon as you deposit any amount of money into your account, you will receive your permanent username and password for the platform, you can activate live data right away, and then you’ll have access to an unlimited practice account. You can use the platform for free and practice for as long as you’d like until you are ready to begin trading with real money!

Thank you for your post.

You may double-check this NinjaTrader Continuum Connection Guide for successfully connecting to your live account.

A couple of things to keep aware of while creating this connection:

• Ensure there are no spaces before or after your username/password
• Ensure that Demo is NOT checked/enabled anymore
• Ensure that you have NinjaTrader Continuum selected from the list of 'Available Connections'. 'Continuum' or 'NinjaTrader' alone will not allow you to connect using your credentials.
