Download won't work

I have recently joined NinjaTrader. I have a well suited for the needs of Ninja. I have downloaded the Ninja system onto this computer. It would not operate once the download was complete. I contacted support several times. None of the suggestions will work. Yesterday I uninstalled the ninja information and then reinstalled Ninja Trader * 64bit.There are 2 now two icons on my computer. Neither of them will work. I get an error no matter which one I try to open.
Does any one have positive information to solve this problem.

Please send me a screenshot of the error message you see when opening NinjaTrader so I may accurately assist.

• Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
