Проблема с соединением

Здравствуйте, помогите решить проблему с соединением.Я зарегистрировался несколько дней назад и создал demo счёт CQG но соединение прерывается или не подключается. Появляется окно с надписью: мой CQG: Login System returned an error: Network connection to Login System is unavailable.

Please send us your log and trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
