TimeZone Disparity on VPS

I am located in Europe. I installed NT8 on Kamatera VPS server in Chicago, setting up NT8 through APEX Rhytmic connection and made sure that time on both VPS machine and in NT8 is set to UTC-6 Central US and Canada Time . Despite that my NT8 installation on VPS machine as seen in the attached picture is still showing local European time, while Time on VPS, and Rhytmic trader consoles are showing correct CST. All NT8 templates are set to CST time zone. Am I missing something?
My own NT8 installed on local machine in Europe with time zone set to Central US and Canada time is showing correct CST time value on charts. I am a bit confused whether it is NT8 , Rhytmic Trade or VPS issue. APEX technical support suspects that it is VPS though I am a bit uncertain about that. Would appreciate your thoughts on the subject.

Just to confirm, does this behavior persist if you restart your platform after changing the timezone in the options? If you hold the middle-mouse button over the current bar to bring up the mini data box, does the timezone match CST instead of your current timezone location? Please keep in mind this may be easier to view with a time-based bar rather than a rekno or other tick-based bars which are not time-based.
