Missing today's session data from start - futures

    Missing today's session data from start - futures

    Today's session data is missing & it loads only from the time i have logged in...
    Previous historical data looks fine.
    How do i fix this??

    Please help...​

    I am having the same problem with all instruments. Reloading All Historical Data doesn't load today's data, only from the moment Reloading.

          I closed NT (made a backup first), ran 'NinjaTrader.Install.8.0.26.1.msi' and chose 'Repair'. Got an error message and repair didn't finish but after starting NT again all is good and all the data is available.

            Hello all,

            We are aware of the issue. Some historical data servers are not recording historical data. I have reported the issue to our server team. They are looking into it.

            Not all historical data servers are affected (hds-005, hds-007 and hds-013). If you disconnect/re-connect your NinjaTrader Continuum connection, it usually connects to a different historical data server. You can view this in the Control Center-->Log-tab.

            For now, please perform a disconnect/re-connect of NinjaTrader Continuum and subsequently right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Repeat these instructions until the missing historical data is loaded.

                I have been informed by the server team that the issue is resolved. Please disconnect/re-connect NinjaTrader Continuum and you should load the missing data. If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

                  I just reconnected & the issue is fixed. No need to reload either.
