    Omitted candles

    Hi,
    Maybe there is an answer to my question somewhere in the forum, but I can find it. Since today each time either I restart NT or reload the data, the candles start to load from that moment but skip all previous candles since the beginning of the session, there is o problem with the historical data, I can load as many days as I want, but the problem is since the start of the session to the moment I reload the chart for any reason.
    I already delete the cache, restart NT, restart my computer, and repair the database. Also, I tried with continuum and Rithmic data, but the problem persisted. Please help me as I don't know what else to do. Please see the attached screen captures, Pic 1 shows the last candle of the previous session, Pic 2 shows four candles formed at some point when I reloaded the chart, and then the last one shows the last time that I reloaded the chart, notice the time, is after the previous image, but the previous candles were not formed.

    I'm experiencing this same issue, it's only charting ticks as they come in after 11/4/2022 session.

        Quick Update, I reinstalled NT, and apparently that fixed the problem, just run the installer and select the repair option, which fixed the problem for me. I don't know if it is something related to another issue that I am having with windows 11, today the time changed to winter time, but my computer, for some reason, didn't change automatically, so I had to sync it manually, don't know if that cause the problem to NT. I reinstalled NT and left my computer with the wrong time, which worked. Inside NT, the time in the candles is shown correctly.

          Hello all,

          Unfortunately there was an issue with historical data servers. Some of them did not record historical data from the Sunday Open (5:00pm US Central time). The issue has been resolved. Please disconnect/re-connect the NinjaTrader Continuum connection to load the missing data. If not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
