CQG demo invalid emails

I was trying to create a cqg demo but it keeps saying "invalid email". I did created a brand new gmail but it was the same. What's the solution?

If you receive this error message, it likely indicates the email entered contained invalid characters, e.g. a space before or after the email, or invalid, special characters.

Please ensure the email has been entered as-is and does not contain any extra characters.

Should this still fail, please send us an email at support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com with the email address that is being rejected.
