Not able to login to data today

Been trying to login into my data provider this weekend(NT/CQG) after 5 tries I am contacting support, as the error message suggests.

What is the issue with data access this weekend?

Patience.

Weekends are reserved for server maintenance.

Most brokers and data providers don't seem to announce
their weekend maintenance schedules, they just do it.

Access should be restored before market opens.
