SIM entries are VERY far from accurate

Hey there, I have a strange thing that happens when I run Ninjatrader 8. When I am in NON-sim mode, my trades from chart trader work fine. BUT, when I am in SIM mode, the entries are always wrong.... WAY wrong. (I get a data feed from APEX Trading/Rithmic and no one else there complains of this problem. Further, they have not been able to help me because they say that they have no control over the data.)

I've attached a picture. It shows a red candle where I have averaged in with 3 added long contracts on NQ at 11414.25. But, as you can see from that candle, the high of the candle is at about 11395 . Does anyone know how I can resolve this? I've only had Ninja installed for a couple of weeks, but I followed the installation instructions perfectly.

We are aware of reports of connectivity issues with Apex data feeds using the new Apex system within NinjaTrader. These issues could affect the presentation and reporting of live data and order execution.

We are currently in the process of working with Apex to resolve. Initial findings suggest that you can potentially resolve by disabling the ‘aggregated data’ setting within R|Trader as well as running only one instance of R|Trader.
