Cannot see current orders or past executions on the charts

Hi there,

On the Sim101 account, I can see my limit orders and past executions on my chart, but on my real money account, I cannot see anything. My chart trader is activated, yet the pending limit orders are not shown, and my past trades are not shown even though I have "text and market" on in the "plot execution" section of my data series!

Any ideas on how to fix this?
