How to re-set my PW that I forgot.... Had to re-install NT 8

Been have lots of problems with NT 8... Did a complete uninstall and re-install .... Followed the guidelines form NT Support Forum... Went well.
But now... apparently the PW I though was correct in not. When I try to re-set my PW, I get this msg..

You are trying to reset your password but you are already logged in as xxxxxxxxx If you still remember your password and simply wish to change it, go to User Settings and change the password. If you forgot your password and wish to reset it, you should log out first and then use the Forgot Password form. If you navigated to this page by mistake, or do not wish to reset your password, simply close this window.

I am not logged in and it keeps brining me back to this same

What is interesting, I needed to be logged in to NT to post this post above.... Apparently the PW is in my PC's memory, but I can't see it
