I am trying to verify if this is valid or a spoofing scam. I got an email that says it is from ninjatrader.com

It contains the following headline:

Action Required: Access the New NinjaTrader Portal
Your new NinjaTrader account management portal has arrived!

Is this from you folks and valid?

This is a valid email from NinjaTrader to help you access the new Client Portal for your NinjaTrader Brokerage account. You should be able to follow the steps in the email to complete this process. Below is a link to some FAQ's if needed:

Hello Ryan. I also got this email and just logged into my account. I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but my data feed stopped and no data is coming through to my charts (as of about 15 minutes ago). I rebooted my machine twice, and I also disconnected my connection, updated my instruments and reconnected. Still no data. When I log onto this new portal, it says I don't have a subscription, even though in fact I have a lifetime subscription. Any idea how to fix this issue ASAP?

I just setup my account. Not sure yet if it is operational and working properly or if it has affected my instance of your trading platform or not.

I will report back if I have any issues.
