hello ,

it is impossible for me to trade, live or in simulation (I would like to start with the simulation).


Chart trader always off


I have a ninjatrader broker account with a complete ID and a live license.

i also have data feed with kinetic.

Thank you for your message.


If you are using NinjaScript Strategies to trade for you, it will be expected that the Chart Trader will become inactive when the strategy is enabled. If you are trying to manually trade but hover you mouse over the Chart Trader icon and see a message that asks you to upgrade License Keys, it indicates that you are using a Free License Key that is not enabled for the Chart Trader.

The only solution from here would be to place your trades separately using a Basic Entry or SuperDOM window, or you may also upgrade your License Key for access to the Chart Trader on our website here - License Comparisons
