Rithmic Bid/Ask Not Updating on Chart Trader

I'm connected to Rithmic (though OneUpTrader) however the bid/ask isn't updating. My algos keep shutting off and throwing errors because the bid is above ask, etc. I asked OneUp Trader and they said "everything is good on our end" so how can I fix this?

We are currently aware of some unwanted/unexpected behaviors happening with Rithmic based connections and are currently looking into them further to provide a resolution.

To assist further, please use the steps below to provide us with your log, trace, and database files so we may investigate if you are experiencing the same behaviors or if something else is happening:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Select: Platform Technical Support
• Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03445827"
• Include any additional information in the Body as desired
• Expand the "Other Files" section and check the following boxes:
  • Log and trace files
  • Database file
