gap in data

Hi,

I have 20 charts open for forex, and I use kinetic data, but sometimes when I open ninjatrader there is a gap on all my charts, now the only way seems to reload all historical data, but I have to do this on all my 20 chart, it is time consuming, isn't there a way to do it faster?

Thank you very much for your post.

If this only occurs sometimes, it's possible the connection order affects where NinjaTrader receives historical data from, thus affecting the availability.

To explain this further; If this is not set in advance, NinjaTrader will automatically use the first connection that provides historical data for an instrument. If this connection does not provide historical data in this granularity or for this timeframe, the chart might then stay blank.

To change this behavior, please click on Tools > Options > Market data, and ensure that the historical and real-time preferred connection is set to the one providing Forex data. NinjaTrader will then always prefer this connection, as long as it is available.

Please let me know should this not resolve these gaps!
