Failing to load Options Contract through ibkr tws

Hey,

I have been trying to pull data in NT8 through IBKR TWS for NSE. I faced no issues while pulling up equities charts, however im not able to do it for options contracts.
I tried importing options contracts the same way i added equities.

Can you please check what TWS version you have installed. The required TWS version is 10.16.1k with NinjaTrader. If you have a different version, please download and install TWS 10.16.1k from the Interactive Brokers connection guide below and check if the issue persists. You can find it under 'Requirements'.

I assume you create the options instrument through the Option Chain window as per the link below.

Or could it be you manually create an instrument at Control Center-->Tools-->Instruments?

Hey Jason,

Yes it is the same version as mentioned on configuration website.

No, Though prices update but NT8 Doesn't load option chain, it keeps 'loading...'






So i added instrument manually.

Could it be the issue is limited to the BANKNIFTY futures? If you enter the ES 12-22 or AAPL in the Options Chain window, do you load the ticker list and options quotes in the Options Chain window?

What NinjaTrader version (8.0.xx.x) do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

Yes it works with ES and AAPL. Any option listed on NSE isn't loading.
I am using NT8 8.0.26.1 64-bit

I checked with Development and unfortunately NSE options are not supported.

Yes please forward my vote for said feature request, as NSE Options are super liquid and have lesser transaction costs than futures.
