URGENT: charts are not loading/showing real time prices

I got connected to my new account on Friday. so this is the first day of using real time data and my charts are not tracking the current price. I have to hit reload historical data to get the charts to update and then the price locks again.

My Market Analyzer isn't showing data either.

Obviously, I can't trade in this situation, which is why I put urgent in the title.

Im currently experiencing the same situation. Any response from support as to fixes. Thanks any help would be great.

They have not responded yet. Would be nice if they had an after hours emergency phone number to call.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to [email protected] with "03421865 ATTN Kimberly H" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hi- I called in yesterday and got it fixed.
