    UPDATED PLATFORM TO 8.0.26.1 and now i do not have real time data

    Updated the platform over the weekend. Now nothing is loading. I have and have had a lifetime key for a few years now. Zero issues until this update. Yes i have an internet connection that is working properly. My TD connection is providing data as per usual. What am i missing? Should be just update and go.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.


    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support


    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
