Issue: New file viewer is not working as expected in Chrome "Version 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)"

Example Image 1: No matter how I reshape the browser settings only the left ~55% of the image is visible when I click on the larger image in the posted message or the
the First visible image in the viewer when I click on the attachment file.



Example Image 2: When I click on the Second visible image in the viewer the browser screen always appears as fully blank/black







Pleases provide use guidance or file bug report.
