Missing Stocks in Kinetick EOD datafeed

Hallo there, I started analyse different stocks and I can not find plenty of stocks on Kintick EOD datafeed. For example Paramount Global (PARA), Tim S.A. (TIMB) and so on and so on. Althought those companies are pretty big and listed in NYSE or NASD.

Do you have any idea where tog those datafeed?

Thank you for the post.

I have tested TIMB and PARA on my end using a Daily chart with the Kinetick End of Day feed and I can confirm that they are supported. Please first ensure that the interval on your chart is set to Daily.

You can add a stock instrument to NinjaTrader by typing out the name of the stock in a chart, for example AAPL.

If this still does not resolve your issue, please send me your log and trace files.


You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
