    Crashes after entering trade

I have deleted and reinstalled it. I also had to remove and compile a number of .cs files. I have attached logs. The platform crashes after entering into a trade. I may have to remove workspaces but let me know?

seems to be norm these days for ninjatrader. i and several others have been wrestling with this same issue. Dont expect anything from ninja but the generic replay of its your indicators or whatsever excuse they will give. you can run completely naked charts and you will still have the same lag and crashes.

      Hello chad9777,

      Thank you for your post!

As your diagnostic files tend to contain personal information, we have removed them from this post.

However, within your diagnostic files, I can see the below error several times:
      • Required resource key '' is missing.
This error is likely caused by a corrupted installation or upgrade. To resolve this, please follow the steps below to repair your NinjaTrader installation:
      • Navigate to the Windows Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > NinjaTrader 8 > Repair.

I also highly recommend going through our Performance Tips, which outline all the best methods for reliable performance from NinjaTrader on any computer.

Be sure to install all available updates for your PC from the Windows Settings > Update and Security page as well. Manually check for updates here, and reboot your PC after any are installed.

If you are using any 3rd-party add-ons, please keep in mind that we do not control how well they will perform and that the more you ask of NinjaTrader to load on your charts, the more it pushes your PC which may result in freezing or lagging behavior.

You may also clear old historical and cache data by doing the following:
      • Shut down NinjaTrader 8
      • Go to the 'Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db' folder on your computer
      • Remove the files within the 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick' folders
      • Important: Do not remove any other files within the NinjaTrader 8 Documents folder
When you restart NinjaTrader 8, you may notice a slightly longer initial load time as all historical data on your charts is re-downloaded, but your overall performance should be better.

Please let me know if the issue remains after the above and I can send additional troubleshooting steps!
