Data box has stopped working as expected

My data box has stopped working properly

I'm using two monitors, a primary 4k monitor and a secondary monitor turned horizontal. My data box resides on the secondary monitor with some long term charts. My primary monitor hosts four intraday charts. When I mouse around the long term charts on the secondary monitor, the data box works as expected. When I mouse around my the charts on the primary monitor, the data box doesn't update, it stays showing whatever it last showed.

If I close the data box and reopen it while hovering on my primary monitor, the databox will show the data from the one candle I happen to be on when I re-open the databox, but then it never updates as I mouse around.

Help please...

Thank you for posting.

As a test can you move all windows to your primary monitor->Unplug your secondary monitor then restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you see the same behavior.

It fixed itself when I did that and then moved everything back to the second monitor. Thanks.

I suggest checking for any driver updates that may be available for your graphics card then once installed restart your PC and verify if you see the same behavior.

Windows driver search was unaware of any updates but I found out there actually was one available by going directly to Nvidia. It seems to have helped, haven't had the issue in a few sessions. Thanks.
