Automatically close Limit order (unfilled state) when specified price is hit?

Hi all,
My strategy calls for me to set limit orders better than current price, in hope that price comes back around to fill my order.
In the event price never comes back but instead goes to my Target Profit level, I want my unfilled limit order to automatically close when that specified Target Profit price is reached.
Is there any ready function available to help me execute the automatic closure mentioned? Thank you all!
