Chart Data not Loading

My charts have suddenly stopped updating. I'm using MES, NQ, and RTY, and they all worked fine on Friday but now will not update at all. I'm receiving the data from IQFeed, but the charts either will not load data at all, or they load data initially but do not update. I've tried restarting my computer, deleting the cache, and resetting the instruments. But the data still do not update.

I'm using Ninjatrader 8.0.26.1 64-bit, with the IQFeed historical and real time data, and Ninjatrader Continuum for trading.

I would like to take a closer look at your platform's settings and this error message.

Please write into [email protected] along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
