Login Keeps Failing

Hello,

I keep getting login fails and I know the username and PW is correct because I logged into the NT website and the credentials are the same. I sent an email via the NT 8 control panel. The ticket is Case #03392171. Does anyone at Ninjatrader work on weekends?

Patience.

This is completely normally.

Data feeds rely on server computers, and the only times
these computers can be updated is on weekends -- it's
quite common for NT connections to fail on weekends.
Why? Simple, they're busy doing maintenance.

Happens with Rithimc, Continuum, Kinetick, etc ... usually
on different schedules ... but weekends are the only times
available to these companies for server maintenance.

Closer to market open, everything is restored, and all
connections usually connect just fine.
