Order Flow Volume Profile show 1 session only

I have subscribed to Continuum data. For my MES 15-minute chart below, the order flow volume profile showed the volume for 1 daily session only (attached). How could I show the data each day like the one I placed below? I used the default setting of the volume profile (attached)

To quickly test does the same occur after right clicking in your chart and selecting 'Reload all Historical Data'?

If yes please answer the following questions:

• Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
